Financial & Investment Disclosures

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

Aegis Decision Systems provides analytical research and decision-support services. Aegis does not execute securities transactions, accept custody of client assets, or guarantee investment outcomes.
These disclosures apply to investment-related content appearing on https://aegisdecision.com and in Aegis publications, forecasts, portfolio analyses, research reports, and custom decision reports.
Nature of the Analysis
Aegis may analyze securities, issuers, industries, portfolios, commodities, currencies, digital assets, economic conditions, geopolitical developments, and proposed transactions.
Its conclusions may include classifications, probability estimates, scenarios, target values, risk assessments, portfolio observations, or stated decision outcomes.
Every such conclusion is an analytical judgment—not a statement of fact, promise of performance, or guarantee.
Public website content and generally distributed publications are general and impersonal unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not adapted to the objectives, financial condition, tax position, liquidity needs, legal restrictions, or risk tolerance of a particular person.
A custom report may consider facts supplied by a client. The existence of a custom report does not, by itself, establish a brokerage, fiduciary, custodial, attorney-client, or other regulated professional relationship. Any such relationship must be expressly established in a separate written agreement and offered only where lawfully authorized.
No Execution, Discretion, or Custody
Unless expressly provided under a separate lawful written arrangement, Aegis does not:
buy or sell assets for users;
transmit trade orders;
exercise discretion over an account;
take possession of investment funds or assets;
maintain brokerage or custody accounts;
assure access to liquidity; or
monitor a user’s portfolio continuously after delivery of a report.
Users make and implement their own decisions through financial institutions and professionals of their choosing.
Investment Risk
All investments involve risk. Depending on the asset and transaction, risks may include:
loss of some or all invested capital;
market and price volatility;
business and issuer failure;
liquidity limitations;
interest-rate and inflation risk;
currency and geopolitical risk;
regulatory and legal change;
technological and cybersecurity risk;
counterparty and custody risk;
leverage and concentration risk; and
inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or revised information.
An asset described as high quality, undervalued, attractive, resilient, probable, or suitable for further consideration can still decline substantially or become worthless.
No Guarantee of Performance
Aegis does not guarantee:
profit, income, capital preservation, or risk reduction;
achievement of a target price;
payment or continuation of dividends;
availability of financing or liquidity;
success of a transaction or strategy;
accuracy of a probability estimate; or
performance relative to a benchmark.
Past performance, historical analysis, backtesting, simulated results, case studies, and prior forecasting accuracy do not guarantee future results.
Forecasts and Forward-Looking Analysis
Forecasts, valuation ranges, scenario probabilities, and forward-looking statements depend on assumptions about future conditions.
Actual results may differ materially because of events that were unknown, unobservable, incorrectly assessed, or occurring after the information cutoff.
A probability is not a promise. A target price is not a guaranteed price. A scenario is not a representation that the scenario will occur.
Additional principles governing forecasts are stated in the Forecasting Disclosures.
Information and Data Risk
Aegis may use company filings, government publications, market data, public reporting, licensed datasets, third-party research, and other sources believed relevant.

Aegis seeks to identify and verify material evidence, but does not warrant that every source is accurate, complete, current, unbiased, or free of revision.
Market prices, economic releases, corporate disclosures, and third-party datasets may be delayed, restated, corrected, or interpreted differently by reasonable analysts.
Absence of evidence is not necessarily evidence that an event, risk, relationship, or conflict does not exist.
Model and Analytical Risk
Aegis may use artificial intelligence, quantitative models, structured protocols, and human analytical judgment.
Each has limitations. Models may:
rely on incomplete or imperfect inputs;
misclassify evidence;
fail to identify an important variable;
generate false precision;
reproduce bias present in source material;
apply an unsuitable historical relationship; or
fail during an unprecedented event or change in market regime.
Human review reduces some risks but does not eliminate error.
Legal, Tax, and Accounting Matters
Investment and transaction analysis may identify legal, tax, regulatory, sanctions, or accounting considerations, but it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has reviewed the complete facts.
Laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and can change. Users should consult appropriately licensed counsel, accountants, tax advisers, or other professionals before acting on matters within those fields.
Digital Assets
Digital assets may present exceptional volatility, technology, custody, cybersecurity, counterparty, liquidity, market-manipulation, and regulatory risks.
Descriptions such as “stablecoin,” “asset-backed,” “tokenized,” or “reserve-backed” do not eliminate redemption, de-pegging, issuer, custodian, banking, smart-contract, or legal risk.
Users are responsible for evaluating wallet security, transaction finality, network fees, tax consequences, custody arrangements, and jurisdictional restrictions.
Conflicts of Interest
Aegis seeks to identify and disclose material conflicts that could reasonably affect the perceived independence of a report.
Aegis, its principals, employees, contractors, or affiliates may from time to time:
hold or trade an asset discussed in a report;
have a business relationship with an issuer or counterparty;
receive compensation for a custom engagement; or
have another economic interest relevant to the analysis.
Where known and material to a specific report, such a conflict should be disclosed in or with that report.
Payment for research does not entitle a client to a predetermined conclusion. Aegis reserves the right to issue an unfavorable, conditional, uncertain, or no-go conclusion.
User Responsibility
Before acting, users should independently consider:
whether the information remains current;
whether assumptions match their circumstances;
transaction costs and taxes;
liquidity and time horizon;
concentration and maximum-loss tolerance;
legal and contractual restrictions; and
whether additional professional advice is needed.
Aegis analysis should be considered as one input into a decision—not as a substitute for judgment, responsibility, or appropriate due diligence.
